Hi Eating Plum,
Yes, I made that bread as part of a Daring Baker Challenge in November when we made potato bread. We were challenged to challenge ourselves if we felt just making bread wasn’t enough of a challenge. I have always wanted to make a wheat sheath and found a pattern for it and did it! It was pretty easy actually, just time consuming ;-)
