Gastronommy.com exists not as your foodie informant newsletter (though hopefully it may end up doing just that), but this site's true purpose exists to simply record my journey concerning my adoration of food and its business in my life. I'm here to digitally capture my personal growth in the kitchen and on the taste buds.

Victoria is in the Food & Beverage industry, involved with award wining restaurant conceptualizations and development in Hong Kong. In 2008, she relocated back to her home state of New York to further broaden her culinary horizons. An ever-growing food enthusiast, she also writes on her food blog, Gastronommy.com, when she isn’t joining forces with her friend, Geoff in his Twitchen (www.geoffstwitchen.com). She received her BA in Journalism at New York University.
