El Chaflan Experience
After an impressive remodel, the Chamfer has evolved into one of the best restaurants of Madrid. The result of the work is spectacular, with a decoration of vanguard in grayish-green tones, warm and cozy simultaneously.
An olive tree is the only adornment in the dining room and the ceiling is a skylight that bathes the room in natural light. The tables are beautifully set with dishes of Villeroi & Bosch. The kitchen is the most spectacular, everything of steel, located to the back of the room, with one double glasswork that allows the diners to see the chef at work.
Executive Chef Juan Pablo Felipe has been able at the same time to develop a Spanish kitchen of his own die, balanced and original, with harmonious combination of the best products, with refined techniques, but still the deep roots of our towns. Fresh local produce and vegetables, the most popular fish of their coasts and meats, is combined to make a most memorable meal.
